By creating an account or using LetterTrace, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

LetterTrace is a tool for generating printable handwriting practice worksheets. We offer a free tier with limited downloads, one-time worksheet purchases, and a Pro tier with unlimited downloads and additional features.

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian's consent to use LetterTrace.

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute generated worksheets as a standalone product.
• Use the service to generate offensive, hateful, or illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent free-tier limits or other technical restrictions.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or build a competing service from our infrastructure.

You may use generated worksheets in your home, classroom, tutoring practice, homeschool co-op, or studio — including printing and distributing copies to your own students.

LetterTrace Joy offers monthly or annual Pro subscriptions, one-time worksheet purchases, and promotional access grants. Paddle is the merchant of record for paid orders and handles payment support and refunds. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can manage billing or cancel from your account page; Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period.
• First-time Pro subscriptions are eligible for a 14-day refund. One-time worksheet purchases are final once delivered, except where required by law or when we confirm a duplicate charge or technical delivery issue.

The LetterTrace name, logo, and software are our property. The worksheets you generate are yours to use under the terms above. We claim no ownership over the text you input or the personalized worksheets you create.

LetterTrace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@lettertracejoy.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
